Figure it is worth tracking the progress of the draining of Trippe Lake as we move through the summer. Below are pics taken today. I think it is fair to write that the level of the lake has not dropped in 2-3 months. We will check back in August.
Last night I watched a couple young fishermen catch and release a forty inch northern pike out of the swamp. Pretty Sweet!
