Fear … is it in you?
When I started this blog May of 2020, I had several purposes. I wanted to let people know they were not alone if they felt defunding the police was wrong, or if they did not buy the fear with the masks.
My posts have decreased quite a bit since the November election. Quite a struggle for many, knowing our elections have lost their integrity.

Watching both the Wisconsin Supreme Court as well as SCOTUS refuse to even hear the cases regarding election fraud showed us all how deep this evil is embedded in our society. The end justifies the means. Power is the end and the means is whatever it takes. Rational arguments have gone by the wayside. Logic and morality come second to fear and control.
After a 2020 of perpetual chaos and anger and insane political rhetoric, I found the enemy in my head. A lesson I have learned in my life is that righteous anger does not justify immoral or sinful actions. I believe the Holy Bible is the source for morality and wisdom and love in our world. One particular passage has burned me:
Proverbs 6:16-19 NIV:
16 There are six things the Lord hates,
seven that are detestable to him:
17 haughty eyes,
a lying tongue,
hands that shed innocent blood,
18 a heart that devises wicked schemes,
feet that are quick to rush into evil,
19 a false witness who pours out lies
and a person who stirs up conflict in the community.
I believe this. A good friend of mine was expressing anxiety and I told him, “Do you trust Jesus?”
I trust Jesus. It is as simple as that.
So my sabbatical from posting is over. I changed the theme of my blog because this is not for just Christians or Conservatives. I actually struggle as my posts about my Faith are more my goal with the blog than the political. Funny thing is that I get more views from the political, but many more followers on my posts about Faith.

Some of the topics I am looking to research and discuss here:
- Power and Pride
- Hypocrisy
- Envy
- How, as a parent, to discuss <fill in the blank>
- Love and Peace
- Fear
I am looking forward to sharing my research and my notes regarding. One of my goals is to let people know – people who are struggling with the chaos in this world – that they are not alone. Another goal is to convince people to take Jesus seriously.
I encourage you to follow this blog. Facebook is shutting down more and more and more. I also encourage comments and emails.
